What You'll Do
Assumed‐Breach & Social‐Engineering CampaignsDesign end‐to‐end ops that slip past EDRs and map full kill chains.
Advance the Red‐Team Framework. Contribute tooling, scripts, and research aligned with MITRE ATT&CK for Telecommunications; refine playbooks to enhance speed and stealth.
Deliver Actionable ReportsTranslate exploits into crisp remediation blueprints execs can follow.
Continuous R&DPrototype exploits, test emerging defenses, and share findings with teammates hungry to learn.
What You'll Bring
7+ years leading penetration tests or red‐team engagements across varied tech stacks.
Mastery of AD attack paths (Kerberoasting, DCSync, ACL abuse).
Fluent with Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, Covenant, or similar C2 tools; skilled in defense evasion.
Scripting wizardry in Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
Clear, concise communicator both on paper and in person.
At least one core cert: OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN (OSEP, OSED, GXPN = bonus round).

Compensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.All offers are contingent upon the completion of a background check, which may include but is not limited to reference checks, education verification, employment verification, drug testing, criminal records checks, and any required certifications or compliance requirements based on the end client's background check policies and applicable laws.
