[Remote] PDM/PLM Systems Administrator

They are seeking a PDM/PLM Systems Administrator to support and enhance their engineering data management landscape, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure data integrity and process consistency.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Autodesk VaultCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Business teamsSupport and interact with SolidWorks PDM (EPDM) and PTC Windchill environmentsLead and contribute to system improvement and development initiativesEnsure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness, including structured data governance activitiesSupport BOM, Item Master, and material master processes, ensuring alignment across engineering and downstream systemsTroubleshoot CAD and PDM/PLM issues across multiple CAD platforms (Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Eplan)Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment activitiesDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practicesSupport data migration, consolidation, and standardization efforts where requiredOccasional travel to site for key projects or stakeholder engagementSkills3 – 4 years of experience in positionProven Experience with Autodesk Vault administration, SolidWorks PDM (EPDM)Working knowledge of PTC WindchillExposure to multiple PDM/PLM systems in a multi-tool environmentExperience in a multi-CAD engineering environmentStrong understanding of: Engineering data structures, BOM and Material Management system - Item Master management, Data governance and audit processesDemonstrated experience supporting system improvements, enhancements, or implementationsStrong stakeholder collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teamsBenefitsFull range of medical, dental, and vision plansLife InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityMatching 401(k) ContributionsVacation and Paid Sick TimeTuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewFlex designs, manufactures, and supplies electronics products for the industrial sector.
