Job Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner using ADP Workforce Now
Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions
Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered
Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and prepare billing reports
Collaborate closely with HR, plants, and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations

Requirements:

Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly with ADP Workforce Now
Deep understanding of payroll regulations and billing procedures
Proven ability to ensure compliance with corporate internal controls
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and billing
Strong communication skills for customer service and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial reporting and audits
Previous roles in payroll or billing within a corporate environment
Familiarity with compliance regulations in payroll and billing processes
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
