Responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of Workday payroll projects.

• Manage budgetary accountability for projects.
• Serve as the Area Architect for specific project components.
• Deliver difficult messages with professionalism and clarity.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Workday experience or 5-8 years in the industry.
• Prior consulting experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
