[Remote] Payroll and HRIS Administrator

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating innovative apparel and is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Administrator to support their corporate and retail teams. The role involves processing multi-state payroll and optimizing HRIS systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProcess bi-weekly and weekly payroll for corporate and retail employees across multiple statesEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, equity, and deductionMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage & hour lawsReconcile payroll reports with Finance and Accounting teamsManage tax filings, garnishments, and benefit deductionsServe as primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiriesServe as system administrator partner for UKG Pro (employee data, job changes, pay changes, reporting, workflows, and security)Maintain and audit employee data (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations)Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and system compliancePartner with HR, Finance, and IT to support system integrations and enhancementsGenerate reports related to headcount, turnover, compensation, and workforce analyticsSupport system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and process automation initiativesSupport internal and external auditsMaintain documentation in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirementsEnsure confidentiality and data privacy standards are upheldEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wages & hour laws including state tax and jurisdictional requirementsSkills3–5+ years of payroll and/or HRIS administration experienceExperience processing multi-state payroll requiredStrong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, state tax regulations, and jurisdictional setupExperience partnering with Finance/Accounting on payroll GL, reconciliations and reportingExperience with HRIS platforms, UKG Pro a must (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar)Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reporting)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage sensitive information with discretionBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsUp to 100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Kind Body Fertility Benefits401(k) savings plan with up to 4% matchUnlimited PTOFull Access to LinkedIn learningEmployee DiscountsCompany OverviewSKIMS provides a wide-ranging line of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear designed to deliver solutions for every body.
