They are seeking a detail-driven Payroll Administrator to manage high-volume payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities.ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracyReconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across Paylocity, and proprietary systemsCollaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiencyDevelop and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filingsLeverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, ensuring data integrity and payroll accuracySkills3–5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environmentHands-on expertise with Paylocity; or similar systems ADP workforce now, Paycom, Paycor experience with additional proprietary systems preferredAdvanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, reconciliation)Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practicesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality and precisionCompany OverviewVacatia is the resort marketplace for vacationing families, whose mission is to make family vacations better It was founded in 2013, and is headquartered in Mill Valley, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
