[Remote] Payments Product Manager

Evolution Growth Partners is a cloud-native payments technology business that provides a fully managed payments-as-a-service platform to regulated financial institutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst or Product Owner to join their US Product team, where the role will involve driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on the company's US Payments product suite.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate effectively across the FedNow, RTP, Fedwire and ACH product lines, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutionsPartner with the wider business to initiate and support the build of future products, including Zelle and Fedwire gatewaysPartner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to translate product vision into actionable requirementsBecome a Subject Matter Expert on the full US payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholdersAnalyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvementTake full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing dataDevelop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisationSkills2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner rolePrevious experience working on US Payments products (e.g. FedNow, RTP, ACH, Fedwire, Zelle), with in-depth knowledge of how these schemes workProven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specificationsTechnical experience working with API and cloud-based product offeringsHands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersSound understanding of the full product development lifecycleExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within EngineeringAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPrevious experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs from other US payment schemes and experience of implementing Zelle gatewaysExperience within an external-facing role, in which partnering with customers and clients has been a core responsibilityCompany OverviewExecutive search and talent advisory for the architects of the new economy.
