[Remote] Payments Partnerships Manager

As a Payments Partnerships Manager, you will support day-to-day partner relationship management and optimization of Whop’s payments partner ecosystem, working closely with leadership and various partners to ensure smooth operations and performance analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport ongoing relationships with payment processors, sponsor banks, and fintech infrastructure partnersAssist in commercial discussions and partner performance reviewsPartner with Risk to ensure healthy approval rates, chargebacks, settlement timelines, and processing costsCoordinate integration and operational workstreams internallyHelp evaluate new partners and prepare internal analysesMaintain organized documentation of partner terms and performance metricsSkillsYou understand how payment processors and fintech ecosystems workYou are organized and can move projects forwardYou are analytical and comfortable working with numbers1–3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial servicesBasic familiarity with card acquiring, settlement, the card scheme, and payment flowsStrong communication and follow-throughAnalytical mindset and comfort with transaction dataYou operate with an ownership mindset, take responsibility beyond your formal scope, and proactively drive improvements in partner economics and performance without waiting to be askedYou understand payment processor economics and are eager to deepen your commercial experienceCompany OverviewWhop is a marketplace designed for entrepreneurs, facilitating the buying and selling of communities, courses, and software.
