They are seeking a Patient Operations Recruiter to support staffing needs in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment, focusing on both clinical and operations roles.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations roles, in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environmentManage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously across clinical and operations functions, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experienceScreen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and overall fit for rolesBuild and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to understand career goals, preferences, and availability, enabling long-term pipeline developmentOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and consistencyStay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever), ensuring clean data and scalable recruiting operationsLeverage recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and recruiting operations processesSkills4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting operations rolesProven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizationsStartup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environmentDemonstrated ability to build and manage multiple pipelines across clinical and non-clinical functionsComfortable identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across diverse role types and prioritiesExceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume settingStrong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite productsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans 100% paid for you and your dependentsFlexible PTO + 11 paid holidays per year401(k) with a match16-week parental leave policy for birthing parent, 8 weeks for all other parentsHSA contributionsLife insurance, plus short and long-term disability coverageCompetitive salary + equity packageVirtual + in-person activities, to stay connected in a distributed cultureAnnual learning stipendThis is a fully remote role where you get to make a tremendous impact from your home officeCompany OverviewModern house calls that strengthen engagement with primary care It was founded in 2021, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
