Job Title: Remote Patient Monitoring Technician (Part-Time, Weekends Only) Location: Remote (Training in person 1-4 days) Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays (8–10 hours per day, between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) Hours are semi-flexible based on the right applicant. Additional weekday hours may become available. 16-20 Hours Weekly. About the Role Dynamic Pain and Wellness is seeking a Remote Patient Monitoring Technician to support our weekend monitoring program. This position plays a vital role in keeping patients engaged, compliant, and safe within our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. You will be responsible for patient outreach, monitoring vital signs, documenting interactions, and escalating concerning results as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and committed to patient care. Key Responsibilities • Call and text patients to remind them to record their vitals (blood pressure, weight). • Review incoming data, identify out-of-range readings, and escalate when appropriate. • Send confirmation texts acknowledging receipt of patient vitals. • Document patient interactions and data in electronic health records (EHR). Qualifications • Basic knowledge of human anatomy and vital signs. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficient typing and computer skills. • Ability to work independently and think critically. • Strong multitasking and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
