Responsibilities • Make an immediate and significant contribution to a new and growing 5G standards practice • Draft and prosecute patent applications in the role of outside counsel, directed to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization • Prepare claim charts that map claims to the 3GPP Communication Standards Skills • Registration with the USPTO • Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Experience in the role of outside counsel directed to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization • Experience preparing claim charts that map claims to the 3GPP Communication Standards • Proximity to one of the offices in Los Angeles or Northern Virginia Company Overview • We provide highest-quality patent legal services with the agility and flexibility to sustainably meet our clients' patent needs into the future.
