Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Accurately enter all incoming invoices into the INFOR system, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.

Purchase Order Management: Generate, route, and track purchase orders, collaborating with procurement and project teams to secure timely approvals.
Document Distribution: Receive, stamp, and distribute paper and electronic invoices to the appropriate approvers, maintaining clear audit trails.
