The Senior Manager of Partnerships & Business Development will lead strategic partnership deals for the Oracle Life Sciences platform, focusing on analytical deal execution and cross-functional leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic partnership deals for the Oracle Life Sciences platform, focusing on structured, analytical deal executionResearch and assess new markets and partner segmentsGenerate and evaluate high-potential partnership ideasBuild rigorous financial models assessing financial contribution of new partnerships, including identifying and segmenting target marketsAnalyze partner business models relative to Oracleโ€™s Life Sciences business to define mutually beneficial deal structures and prioritize pipelineQuantify ROI, forecast revenue impact, and present recommendations to leadershipLead cross-functional deal teams (Product, Licensing, Legal, Clinical, Strategy, Executives) to ensure alignment and timeline managementDraft internal and external documents that outline partnership structures and opportunitiesPartner with licensing and legal teams to advocate for ideal contracting termsMaintain ongoing records of new and ongoing partnersSkillsTrack record in analytical, deal-focused roles3 - 8 years in analytical and/or deal driven life sciences work, including biopharma investment banking, consulting, venture capital or partnerships ( IC4 level )Strong preference for experience with real world data and/or data partnershipDemonstrable experience in evaluating new market opportunities and managing cross-functional teams to bring large deals or projects to closeQuantitative and strategic skillsFinancial modeling, market sizing, and ROI analysisExcellent excel and written presentation skillsLife sciences / healthcare experience is essentialCross-functional collaboration & negotiationProven ability to navigate objectives of multiple stakeholdersCommunication & presentationExcellent at synthesizing complex analyses into structured conclusionsComfortable leading internal meetings and external deal reviewsBachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus )Ability to quickly onboard on clinical workflows and Oracle Health productsBenefitsMay be eligible for bonus and equity.Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinionShort term disability and long term disabilityLife insurance and AD&DSupplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child)Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending AccountsPre-tax commuter and parking benefits401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company matchPaid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
