[Remote] Partner Operations Manager

The Partner Operations Manager is responsible for driving the execution and optimization of Revenue and Sales Operations initiatives, focusing on the partner ecosystem and ensuring operational excellence and partner engagement.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to operationalize new partner program launchesSupport partner marketing planning and execution by managing the overall partner program calendar, ensuring partners are engaged at the appropriate cadence and frequency, and coordinating with the marketing team to align activities with company objectivesManage core partner program tools including the CRM (Salesforce), partner portal, content management tool (Highspot), project management platform (Asana), and partner ecosystem platform (Crossbeam), maintaining data integrity, reporting accuracy, content accuracy and relevance, and partner program project statusesSupport the marketing team in coordinating campaign launches, webinars, events, and digital initiatives, serving as the partner operations liaison across sales, content, and product teamsServe as a primary point of contact for internal and external partner teams, ensuring timely communication and supportOnboard new partners and manage partner lifecycle processesTrack, report, and analyze overall partner program performance metrics, individual partner performance, and channel account manager (CAM) performance, generating insights and recommending improvementsSupport the coordination of joint go-to-market planning with partners, supporting co-marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing teamMaintain and continuously improve partner enablement resources and documentationWork closely with internal teams to resolve partner issues and support deal executionMaintain oversight of service delivery escalations involving partners, serving as the operational point of escalation to ensure timely resolution and partner satisfactionSkills3+ years of experience in marketing operations, partner operations, GTM operations, or a related function, preferably in a B2B or cybersecurity environment; proven ability to operate and optimize established programs, with a focus on incremental process improvementProficiency with CRM platforms and reporting toolsStrong project management skills and ability to multitask effectivelyAnalytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactiveExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced organizationPrior experience in the cybersecurity, technology, or audit industryFamiliarity with channel/partner programs or alliancesExperience with Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools, preferably CrossbeamBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)At least 3 +years of experience in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAbility to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivationExcellent communication skillsThrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work individually as well as collaborativelyBenefitsHealthcare, Dental, and Vision BenefitsEmployer Paid Life Insurance and Disability InsuranceEAP - Employee Assistance ProgramPet Insurance401(k) Plan with Employer MatchingCompetitive Bonus StructureHome Office ReimbursementCertification ReimbursementPersonalized Career CoachingGenerous Paid Time OffPaid Office Closure December 25-January 1Vacation BonusSummer HoursCompany OverviewA-LIGN is a security and compliance solutions provider.
