[Remote] Partner Marketing Manager

The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies to acquire and enable partners, driving co-marketing efforts, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to achieve pipeline and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDrive demand for net-new partners across resellers, MSSPs, auditors, and GSIs, creating collateral and programs such as pitch decks, partner webinars, and email marketingLeverage Hyperproof’s broader marketing campaigns and demand gen programs to specifically drive growth in new partnershipsSupport our partner GTM organization in 1:1 and ABM efforts aimed to acquire target partner organizationsCreate and maintain high-impact partner enablement programs, including enablement decks, webinars, and newsletters to accelerate time-to-value for new partnersCollaborate with and support other internal partner programs designed to drive partner adoption, including partner training, partner portals, certification programs, and partner communities or advisory boardsCollaborate directly with partners to build and execute integrated campaigns designed to acquire mutual logos, generate pipeline, and upsell existing customer basesCreate co-branded collateral, templates, and scalable campaign kits designed to help partners self-serveCo-host webinars and in-person events to support partner-led ABM outreach, and drive strategy for field programs such as executive dinners and event sponsorshipsCoordinate joint PR, customer success stories, media announcements, and social amplification to spotlight strategic alliances and market milestonesSkills5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years dedicated specifically to channel, alliance, or partner marketing within a B2B SaaS environment (experience working with compliance, risk, or cybersecurity ecosystems is a plus)Prior experience working with diverse partner types, particularly resellers, MSSPs, GSIs, and/or auditorsProven track record as a self-starter who is comfortable setting strategy in new environments, possesses a strong bias for action, and balances strategic program design with a hands-on approach to executionExceptional relationship management skills with an ability to influence and collaborate across external partner teams and internal organizations (marketing, sales, product, operations)Education preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldNote: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisBenefitsAnnual compensation reviews + equityUnlimited PTO: strongly encouraged to unplug and rechargeHealth: coverage for medical, dental, and vision - employee and dependents401K, which vests immediately, complete with a 4% company match12 weeks of Parental leave and 1 year free diapers and wipes with HonestAnnual company in-person events and quarterly in-person connects$500 home office stipend - at the time of hire.
