[Remote] Partner Manager Private Equity/Venture Capital

They are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and nurture strategic alliances with private equity and venture capital firms, driving new business and expanding market reach.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms
ā¢ Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners
ā¢ Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle
ā¢ Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution
ā¢ Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth
ā¢ Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables
ā¢ Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits
ā¢ Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech-enabled solutions and future developments
ā¢ Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance
Skills
ā¢ 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role
ā¢ A strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape, with a well-established network
ā¢ Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities
ā¢ An active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
ā¢ Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company
ā¢ Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment
ā¢ Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization
ā¢ Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented
