The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and potential partners to support revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities β€’ Conducting market research and identifying potential partners. β€’ Cultivating strong relationships with new and existing partners. β€’ Leading presentations and demos of Panaya to new and existing partners β€’ Building business plans with partners and ensuring excellent execution β€’ Meeting sales targets for partner deals – including pipeline management, forecasting and achieving growth β€’ Working closely with staff across departments to implement partnership strategies, establish and grow the partner program infrastructure. β€’ Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. β€’ Identify new business opportunities and new partners. β€’ Qualifying Potential Partner leads and prioritizing opportunities β€’ Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with staff internally and externally β€’ Working with, and influencing the activities of partners as appropriate β€’ Maintaining understanding of Panaya's strategic direction and interpreting relevance to customers β€’ Maintaining awareness of Panaya's current and future application/technology products and services β€’ Maintaining understanding of competitive activity relevant to the targeted partner accounts Skills β€’ Minimum 5 years’ experience in partner management in a SaaS company with quota-carrying role- A MUST β€’ Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions in the Territory. β€’ Understanding and experience of selling SaaS solutions is critical β€’ Capacity to comprehend the strategic issues of selling IT Enterprise solutions, including ERP. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results and meet deadlines β€’ Strong desire to overachieve revenue goals. β€’ Strong sales skills; including business justification, negotiation and closing β€’ Willing to travel on frequent basis β€’ Fully aware of technological trends, industry standards and terminology β€’ Self-starter, fast learner and hungry for knowledge and information β€’ Team player Company Overview β€’ Accelerate Your Business with AI-Powered Smart Testing and Change Intelligence It was founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
