[Remote] Partner Incentive Operations Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Partner Incentive Operations Specialist to support the administration of partner incentive programs and ensure accurate, timely processing of partner payments.ResponsibilitiesReview, triage, and process partner incentive submissions in accordance with established policies and service level agreements (SLAs)Validate supporting documentation and follow up with partners regarding incomplete or inaccurate submissionsApply program rules and guidelines to ensure eligibility and complianceCoordinate vendor onboarding activities with Finance and Accounts Payable teamsManage incentive payout processes and ensure payments are processed accurately and on scheduleInvestigate and resolve payment-related discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of incentive submissions, approvals, and paymentsPerform ongoing reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and financial accuracyMonitor incentive program activity and maintain source-of-truth reporting trackersDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incentive administration processesEstablish and improve operational workflows, controls, and SLA trackingIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and process optimizationGenerate operational reports related to submission volumes, processing timelines, payouts, and program performancePartner closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Partner Programs, and other internal stakeholdersEscalate complex cases or policy exceptions as appropriateSkills3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Finance Operations, Deal Desk, Program Operations, Revenue Operations, or related operational rolesExperience processing transactions, incentives, rebates, payments, claims, or similar operational workflowsStrong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environmentsExperience managing reconciliations, tracking systems, and operational reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsCompany OverviewDexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
