The role involves managing partner strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring effective collaboration between partners and Infor's field teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage strategic partner relationships within the assigned portfolioDevelop and execute joint business plans aligned to regional and industry growth prioritiesLead regular business reviews (QBRs) covering performance, pipeline, enablement, and executionAct as the primary escalation point for partner-related topics and alignmentDrive partner-influenced, sourced, co-sell, and resell ACV growthCollaborate with Field Sales and ecosystem roles to align partners to opportunities and pursuitsEnsure partner engagement is accurately reflected in opportunity execution and forecastingSupport disciplined pipeline management and deal progression through partnersServe as the primary interface between partners and Infor field teamsEnable effective account mapping, opportunity alignment, and pursuit coordinationOrchestrate cross-functional support (Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing, Enablement, AWS) to maximize partner impactSupport complex partner-led opportunities through structured engagement and governanceEnsure partners are enabled and ready across Infor solutions, industry positioning, and go-to-market motionsDrive adoption of industry-specific assets, value messaging, and solution differentiationMonitor and improve customer and partner outcomes, including delivery quality and project sentimentWork with internal teams to support partner capability development and execution excellenceExecute within Inforβs partner program framework and engagement modelMaintain accurate partner plans, engagement data, and pipeline visibility in Salesforce / PRM toolsSupport consistent execution of governance, reporting, and performance trackingProvide feedback and insights on partner performance, risks, and opportunitiesSkills8+ years of experience in partner management, ecosystem sales, channel, or alliance rolesProven success managing strategic partners in enterprise or mid-market software environmentsStrong understanding of SaaS / Cloud enterprise go-to-market modelsExperience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organizationStrong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience using CRM / PRM platforms to manage partners and pipelineExperience with industry-focused enterprise software or ERP solutionsExposure to cloud, hyperscaler, or marketplace-led sales motionsInternational or multi-country partner management experienceExperience working with partners across multiple sales motions and delivery modelsCompany OverviewInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
