Remote, Part-Time Recruitment Coach from the UK - Mentoring Students [Application of Interest]
We are looking for former recruiters in MBB (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company) firms to mentor students who aspire to become management consultants.
About the Role
PaidPart-time (at least 4 hours per week)100% flexible hours (you set your hours) and is remote (work from anywhere in the world)You can take on as many as 5 or as little as 1 client, at any given time
What You Will Be Doing
Help students with their resumes and cover letters so they can land an interview at a consulting firmAnswer questions about a career in management consultingCollaborate with clients and provide support in networking and application strategies
Job Requirements
Must love mentoring and coaching othersAble to commit at least 4 hours per weekWorked at least 2 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG as a recruiter or aboveWorked within UK Offices
