About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Part Time Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in representing our organizational unit on administrative matters, implementing company policies and procedures, and performing a range of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Prepare, track, and manage Travel Authorizations and Trip Reports, including reconciling actual costs, and coordinate with subcontractors' travel teams to ensure proper communication of required deliverables. Develop, evaluate, revise, and update project materials, such as publications and online resources, to support project goals and objectives. Identify key partners within the organization and build strong partnerships to drive project success. Facilitate meetings, training sessions, group discussions, and other events to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. Aid in the organization of planning meetings and create and support project outreach, marketing, and information dissemination efforts. Support budget tracking and invoicing in accordance with federal guidelines, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Draft required documents, such as project reports and position descriptions, to support project needs. Maintain ongoing and effective communication with the project team, staff members, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing project needs. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years of relevant experience. US Citizenship. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and the ability to function in stressful situations. A dependable team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Prior experience working with government contractors supporting the DoD or other military customers is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications To stand out from the crowd, you'll ideally have: Familiarity with the Smartsheet platform. A strong understanding of JTR (Joint Travel Regulations).
