Remote Part-time High Paying Solar Appointment Setter
We are looking for motivated, energetic, and competitive individuals to join our growing remote appointment setting team!
This is a flexible remote position with uncapped earning potential and performance-based pay. You will be calling homeowners who already have solar installed on their homes and scheduling appointments for our energy efficiency testing team.
No prior experience is required — we provide full training and scripts. If you are coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking on the phone, this can become an extremely profitable part-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads
• Schedule qualified appointments for our field representatives
• Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and positive energy on calls
• Accurately track appointments and notes
• Work independently while hitting daily performance goals
Compensation
This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential.
• 7 appointments set = $100
• Additional $175 for every closed deal generated from your appointments
Most setters who consistently hit minimum expectations generate:
• 2–4 closes per week
• Typical weekly earnings ranging from $600–$2,000+
Schedule & Flexibility
• Fully remote position
• Flexible hours
• No fixed schedule
• You are not required to work a certain number of hours
The primary expectation is a minimum of 7 qualified appointments per day.
For most setters, hitting the minimum daily goal typically takes around 2–3 hours per day.
