**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with strong multitasking abilities (gaming experience a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
* Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
