Job Description

As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Representative at American Express, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers’ experiences and ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
