Reconcile various accounts, including bank, credit card, and line of credit, within QuickBooks.
Conduct audits on vendor and customer accounts to ensure precision in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
Prepare and deliver clear and accurate financial statements.
Ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation to uphold accuracy.
Assist small businesses in achieving their financial objectives through reliable support and timely reminders.
Required Skills
Associates degree or higher.
QuickBooks Online certification.
Proven experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for various companies.
Strong typing skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
Professional phone etiquette and superb communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
A minimum of a 2-year degree.
QuickBooks Online certification is mandatory.
Experience in managing multiple QuickBooks files is essential.
