We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with a strong background in web projects and Customer Data Platforms (CDP), specifically Blueconic. This role involves overseeing digital initiatives, including personalization and analytics... integrated with our new website. The position will primarily focus on managing the development team based in Eastern Europe, utilizing Jira for project tracking and management. This role is 20-30 hours a week and candidates must be in EST or CST.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile Projects: Manage and execute agile projects related to web development and Blueconic CDP integration, focusing on personalization and analytics.
• Utilize Jira: Use Jira for effective project tracking, task management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Development Team: Oversee and collaborate with a development team based in Eastern Europe.
• Manage Transition and Integration: Work on projects involving the reengineering and migration of various business areas to the new website, excluding the facilitation of a significant yet confidential project.

Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise as an Agile Project Manager, particularly in web and CDP projects.
• CDP Knowledge: Experience with Blueconic or similar customer data platforms.
• Jira Proficiency: Strong skills in using Jira for agile project management.
• Flexibility: Ability to work part-time with the potential for increased hours based on project needs.
