[Remote] Paralegal - Business Immigration Law (PERM/IV) (West Coast Remote)

They are seeking a remote Legal Assistant or Paralegal to support their PERM/IV team, responsible for preparing and filing cases for various visa applications and ensuring accurate documentation for clients. Responsibilities • Building on and applying a deep understanding of all steps of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms and requests to the Department of Labor, and working with third-party providers throughout the recruitment process • Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager • Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages, alongside attorneys and more senior team members • Assisting legal and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes • Processing and organizing government correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notices, and requests for evidence • Entering data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms • Working on other projects as directed by the Team Manager or attorney Skills • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record (STEM majors preferred) • 3-5 years of PERM experience required • Superb attention to detail • Strong analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently • Willingness to adapt to and embrace updates in office technology • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Company Overview • WR Immigration is an immigration law company that offers global visa services It was founded in 1986, and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
