Remote Paralegal
We are seeking a Remote Bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide support to attorneys. Responsibilities: • Conduct research to support legal proceedings • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including: • Retainer agreements • EEOC/State Division of Human Rights Charges/Complaints • Complaints in federal/state court • Proposed discovery orders • Discovery demands (interrogatories, requests for production of documents, etc.) • Respones to discovery (interrogatories, documents, initial disclosures) • Investigate facts and prepare written summaries • Record and store client information • Review settlement agreements • Prepare draft letters to the Court • File documents via PACER/NYSCEF • Accurately record all activities Qualifications: • Previous experience as a paralegal • Familiarity with legal research • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Deadline and detail-oriented Apply tot his job
