[Remote] Paid Social Media Senior Manager

The Paid Social Senior Manager will lead strategic direction and performance growth for eCommerce and DTC clients, overseeing paid social programs and driving campaign strategy across multiple platforms.ResponsibilitiesLeading paid social strategy across a portfolio of primarily eCommerce and DTC accountsBuilding and managing full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedInStructuring campaign architectures with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and conversion outcomesManaging budgets, pacing, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and spend allocation decisions across funnel stagesIdentifying growth opportunities and optimization priorities based on account performance and business goalsStaying informed on platform updates, beta products, and evolving paid social best practicesMonitoring performance daily and proactively optimizing campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR, MER, and revenueLeading structured A/B testing initiatives across creative, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing page experiencesDeveloping optimization plans designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term account performanceTranslating performance trends into actionable testing hypotheses and strategic recommendationsDocumenting testing learnings and helping identify
