Aquent is seeking a dedicated Media and Social Marketing Manager I to assist the Brand Media team in executing paid media campaigns across various channels. The role involves developing and implementing media strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with marketing standards.ResponsibilitiesContributes to the development and optimization of digital, social and traditional media strategies; and may develop moderately complex single-channel media strategiesCollaborates with Media Team to translate business intelligence and internal client objectives prior to guiding media agenciesCollaborates with internal stakeholders to understand the parameters for developing media strategiesSocializes media recommendations (ie, explains rationale for media strategy and how it meets business objectives and adheres to media best practices)Ensures media plans are implemented correctly and in a timely mannerAssists in the management of budget plansServes as a resource to team members on matters of a routine natureApplies foundational knowledge of social and digital marketing principlesEffectively communicates and collaborates with agency to ensure alignment with goals and prioritizationApplies a moderate understanding of analytics and measurement tools/techniques to test and optimize performance against objectivesEnsures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and proceduresSkillsBachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree4 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: social marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign managementSolid foundational knowledge of digital or social marketing industry and practicesExperience influencing business decisionsExperience facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teamsExperience collaborating with key stakeholdersProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient knowledge on impact of social marketing to an omni-channel experienceExperience in navigating and executing within search buying platforms (Google Ads, SA360 and Bing), social buying platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.), and web analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe)Demonstrated success in developing search and social tactical strategies in alignment with business goals, preferably across insurance and financial service productsUnderstanding of marketing attribution and measurement methodologies in relation to testing within paid searchAbility to manage multiple projects with attention to detailExperience in Agile working environmentsUS military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partnerBenefitsSubsidized health, vision, and dental plansPaid sick leaveRetirement plans with a matchFree online training through• Aquent GymnasiumCompany OverviewWe supply Fortune500 clients with the best talent on the market!
