[Remote] Paid Media Specialist

The Paid Media Specialist will support the in-house paid media team in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various global regions, while also providing recommendations and insights to channel strategists. Responsibilities Support in the creation and management of new LinkedIn Ad campaigns for the B2B market (with support and guidance from the Paid Social Manager) Support in the execution & optimization Paid Search (Google Ads) campaigns for the North American & International markets (with support and guidance from the Paid Media Manager) Support in the execution of ABM marketing display campaigns Creation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns (with support & training from web experience team) Partner with creative team & external freelancers to develop assets for performance marketing campaigns Support in the management of external agency and/or channel partners Report success metrics and provide insights & recommendations on paid search & paid social performance Assist with project and resource planning where required Work with web, SEO & content team to feedback keyword insights & findings Skills Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics & channels Knowledge of Paid Search and/or Paid Social channels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads) Ability to create positive external relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholders Strong organization and project management skills Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities Strong analytical and research skills Attention to detail Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B verticals is preferred Experience with tracking technologies including Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics is preferred but not required Benefits Wellness Subsidy Equity Grants Variable Incentive Flexible work arrangements Learning and Growth opportunities Tuition reimbursement of up to $4,000 CAD for continuing education through our SkillsWave Program 2 Paid Days off for SkillsWave-related activities like exams or final assignments Employee wellbeing (Access to mental health services, EFAP program, financial planning and more) Retirement planning 2 Paid Volunteer Days Competitive Benefits Package Home Internet Reimbursements Employee Referral Program Wellness Reimbursement Employee Recognition Social Events Dog Friendly Offices Spaces at our HQ in Kitchener, Winnipeg, Vancouver and Melbourne offices.
