This role will involve executing and planning paid ad campaigns and comprehensive search strategies, managing client budgets, and collaborating with various teams to create engaging multi-platform ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and data analysis to drive client objectives effectively.ResponsibilitiesManage search and display campaigns, including planning, building, optimizing, and reporting/adjusting search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & META to ensure ROI meets client goalsManage SEO/AEO/GEO strategies, including planning, building, optimizing, and reporting/adjusting campaignsAnalyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis and actionable insights based on search performance data to refine strategies and improve resultsDetermine client benchmarking by developing and implementing optimizations to meet client KPI’s in the quickest time possible through paid search and organic channelsImprove and enhance existing paid advertising and search processes, innovating new strategies and techniques for better performanceManage and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels such as (but not limited to) the Google ad network, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, streaming television, billboards, etcCommunicate effectively with the G&G team and clients, staying accountable, highlighting wins and lossesOversee client budgets, advising on adjustments based on performance and overall returnCraft organic and paid search strategies tailored to client goals and proactively troubleshoot dips in performanceApply knowledge of the marketing funnel to understand where search plays a critical roleBuild, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their needs are metIdentify opportunities for expanding search services and conducting strategic audits to enhance client campaign performanceCollaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop ad content that aligns with client needsNavigate attribution within partner platforms, including Looker Studio and GA4, to assess campaign performance accuratelySkillsB.S./B.A. in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising / paid search / SEOMust have proven experience in the advertising and search fieldCandidate must have Google Ads certificationStrong ability to create and finalize ad copyHigh level of comfort with search advertising, search platforms, and analytical toolsHigh level of self-accountability to ensure work is done well and team goals are metOperate independently in Google Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Analytics platforms to optimize search campaign performanceProficient with CallRail (and other call tracking platforms), Google Tag Manager, WordPress/HubSpotUnderstanding and appreciation for an entrepreneurial environment and the resilience required to succeedAbility to craft comprehensive paid and organic strategies based on client goals and troubleshoot performance issues effectivelyStrong communication skills with a focus on accountability and transparencyProven ability to build and sustain rapport with multiple clientsMinimum of 3+ years of experience preferredCompany OverviewGrit & Gravel is a full-service, attention company and fractional marketing department offering unique and creative strategies that catapult companies to expand their reach and authority in their market.
