[Remote] Outside Sales Support Representative

The Outside Sales Support Representative will work with a team of Outside Sales Representatives to support dealer/customer relationships and manage various sales-driven programs in their designated region.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for designing and building displaysMonitor and maintain all P.O.P. material and associated Marketing materials such as catalogs for the assigned regionResponsible for handling sample requests and deliveries with both Commercial and Residential SamplesCoordinate and implement sales driven programs such as (but not limited to) “Demo Days” with vendors and remerchandising “Grand openings”Maintain weekly communication with all Outside Sales RepresentativesTravel to each assigned region as requestedComplete any merchandising or remerchandising efforts in any location as directedMonitor inventory of our products and place orders when necessaryProvide a Dealer visit summary to management after each dealer visitProvide a weekly email to management recapping the dealer performance and communications performed each weekOversee Administrative sales functions for sales programMaintain weekly expense reportsOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh School or technical school or equivalent in some experience, training and educationBilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)Salesforce or any CRM ExperienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommendedProven support experienceExcellent customer service oriented skillsComputer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etcValid driver's license and current auto liability insuranceAbility to transport heavy construction materials (SUV/Truck Preferred)Traveling up to 50% in the regionBilingual Spanish speakingBenefitsMonthly Car Allowance401(k) / retirement savings programShort- term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsCompany OverviewOldcastle APG is a manufacturing company that supplies a wide variety of masonry and hardscape products to various customers.
