[Remote] Outside Sales Representative – DFW

They are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for an Outside Sales position in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, responsible for meeting sales targets and managing customer accounts.ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regionsThe individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management teamAccount Management / Account Retention focused daily activitiesTarget new customers and follow up on assigned sales leadsProvide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposesPrepare and update all opportunities within CRMInvestigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problemsRemain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetrationParticipate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activitiesSkills3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience is requiredCandidate must be able to work independently in a home-based officeCandidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentationsOccasional domestic travel is requiredExperience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management toolsValid US driver's license and safe driving historyBachelor's Degree is preferredBenefitsCompetitive insurance rates through medical, dental, and vision plansA 401(k)-match programCompany OverviewMoffitt Services is a fuel and lubricants distributor committed to providing quality products and superior service to valued clients.
