[Remote] Outreach and Engagement Program Manager

The role involves leading the development of comprehensive communication strategies that support military families and requires participation in proposal activities and presentations. Responsibilities • Architect comprehensive outreach and engagement strategies spanning digital, social, traditional, and emerging channels • Transform stakeholder engagement through data-driven personalization and advanced analytics • Lead innovation in content creation, from multimedia storytelling to interactive digital experiences • Build and manage high-performing teams delivering integrated marketing across multiple platforms • Develop real-time performance dashboards providing actionable insights to senior leadership • Champion accessibility and inclusive design reaching diverse military communities • Drive strategic partnerships with military service organizations, veteran service organizations, and community stakeholders Skills • 8+ years leading government or enterprise communications programs with demonstrated impact • 5+ years managing brand development, PR, strategic planning, and digital/social operations • Security clearance: Active Secret or ability to obtain Tier 3 investigation • Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns (1M+ audience reach) • Commitment to participate in competitive proposal process including oral presentations • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field • Experience with military/veteran community programs and understanding of military culture • PMP certification or DAWIA Level III Program Management • Track record of innovative digital transformation initiatives • Experience with Section 508 compliance and accessible design principles • Candidates with Active Security Clearance preferred, but not required, please indicate if you have an active security clearance Company Overview • Davis Management Group is an international event management and strategic communications firm that delivers impactful experiences for federal agencies and private sector clients.
