Remote Outreach Agent- call center experience required - $16/hr HOUSTON Only

- Make and receive calls to/from providers' offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies
- Meet specific hourly and daily key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work is continuously monitored by a workforce management team for quality assurance
- Participate in daily team huddles via video conference
- Maintain a distraction-free and private workspace to handle confidential information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months to 1 year of call center experience, including data entry and multitasking
- Ability to meet hourly and daily KPI goals consistently
- Must be present and engaged during work hours, free from distractions
- Access to a private workspace suitable for two monitors and other equipment
- Internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with health technology or insurance-related processes
- Proficient typing skills of 20 words per minute or higher
- Strong computer skills with a minimum assessment score of 75%
- Comfort with being on camera for meetings and supervision
