Key Responsibilities

Β Assist in scheduling screening appointments and manage payment processes over the phone.
Β Recommend additional screening packages tailored to the specific needs of each caller based on health assessments.
Β Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively promoting the right services to individuals.
Required Skills
Β A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment, with a strong emphasis on sales.
Β Exceptional phone etiquette combined with the ability to forge rapport with callers in a professional and approachable manner.
Β Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with internet requirements.
Qualifications
Β High school diploma or equivalent is required; preference will be given to candidates with some college education.
