We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team at Signify Health. As a key member of our Member Engagement team, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our health plan members by offering, explaining, and scheduling free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Job Overview:
Competitive hourly rate of $15.00 with unlimited monthly commission potential
3 weeks of paid training (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM) to set you up for success
Flexible remote work arrangement with a fixed daily schedule

Responsibilities:
Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms
Present a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members
Meet daily goals set by the department, including productivity, quality, and customer service targets
Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as requested
Monitor performance results and report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience working in a metrics-driven environment is preferred
Persuasive communication skills and ability to rebuttal while treating members with professional courtesy
Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability and a quiet workspace
