Job Title: Remote Outbound Call Center Representative
Pay: $17/hour + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST
Location: Fully Remote

We are a fast-growing company seeking experienced professionals for a fully remote outbound call center role. If you have at least 1 year of outbound call center experience, are goal-oriented, and excel in remote environments, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Make 100+ outbound calls daily using scripts or guidelines to connect with prospects and customers.
ā¢ Build rapport, handle objections professionally, and promote company products/services effectively.
ā¢ Meet or exceed performance goals (call volume and conversions).
ā¢ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with leads.
ā¢ Work independently while staying organized and motivated in a remote setup.
Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
ā¢ Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Comfortable working remotely with a distraction-free workspace.
ā¢ Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer tools.
ā¢ Resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining professionalism.
