[Remote] Outbound Appointment Setter/Telemarketing Specialist

The Outbound Appointment Setter / Telemarketing Specialist will support the sales organization by converting outbound and nurtured leads into scheduled roof inspection appointments.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to targeted homeowner lists, including homeowners with cedar, slate, or specialty roofing systems, leads already included in email and text drip campaigns, aggregator and partner leads that require follow-up and nurturing, and storm-related or time-sensitive opportunitiesAsk smart discovery questionsHandle common objections professionallyClearly explain the value of a roof inspection or consultationKnow when to move forward-and when to disqualifyDocument all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRMFollow call flows and scripts while keeping conversations naturalMaintain follow-up discipline until appointments are booked or leads are fully workedStay aligned with leadership on campaign focus and prioritiesSkills1-3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing rolesComfort using CRM systems and dialing toolsStrong communication skills and professional phone presenceAbility to stay organized and consistent in a goal-driven environmentHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in home services, roofing, or insurance restorationCompany OverviewComprised of market leading exterior services brands, Allstar Services is a full-service provider of residential exterior replacement, repair, and maintenance services including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
