[Remote] Organizational Design Consultant

The Organizational Design Consultant will support client delivery projects, focusing on organizational strategy and transformation initiatives while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDeliver client project and deliverable assignments on time, on-budget, and with quality. Deliverables should be well-organized with strong writing and presentation in accordance within Pyrovio quality and brand standardsSupport client delivery project managers and produce deliverables. In addition, this requires: Developing deep understanding of client organizations, operations and operating modelsDeveloping, deploying and utilizing new and existing frameworksTranslating client understanding, assessment, issues and insights into documents, organizational tools and data modelsDevelop and provide industry-focused perspectivesDevelop competitive analysis within assigned industryUnderstand and innovate perspectives, intellectual capital, tools and frameworks within Organizational Strategy and Strategy & OperationsSkillsAt least 4 years of prior work experience preferably related to consulting such as in external consulting and corporate strategy, operations, or continuous improvement positions; a PhD may count toward work experienceAn accredited US or Canadian bachelor's or graduate degree; with preference for research and analytically-oriented degrees and programs such as engineering, business, computer science, or mathematicsWork experience across multiple consulting objectives: assessment, design, implementation, operationalization and long-term managementPrior organization design work in multiple organizational design areas: Operating Models, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Job Architecture, Workforce Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, Analytics, M&A, Outsourcing; Organizational Health and Teaming Models, and Workforce or Business TransformationCore strategy and operations skills practiced in corporate or consulting settings: research, data analysis, lean/continuous improvement, change management, and especially are expected to be strong writers and presentersKnowledgeable about technology and financialsSkilled in portfolio and project management for more experienced consultantsAbility to show deep industry business acumen in a past working industry (even if it is not a core industry for Pyrovio)Strong curiosity and self-learnerThis position is based in the EST or CST time zone and is expected to work client hoursTravel to client sites can be required as needed.
