They are seeking an Organizational Culture & Compensation Strategy Consultant to facilitate the review of salary structures, modernize policies, and enhance organizational culture while engaging with staff at all levels.ResponsibilitiesFacilitation & Coordination of Classification & Compensation Study (Primary Focus)Policy Modernization & AlignmentOrganizational Culture & Staff EngagementAssumptions & ConstraintsBenefits Administration & Vendor Optimization Review (Separate Deliverable)SkillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in human resources consulting or organizational advisory work, with a demonstrated track record of managing engagements of comparable scope and complexityDemonstrated experience designing and facilitating classification and compensation studies for nonprofit organizations with a United States-wide or multi-state workforce. Candidates without direct nonprofit sector experience will not be consideredProven experience supporting organizational change management, including guiding staff and leadership through periods of structural transition, role redesign, or cultural shiftExperience providing organizational culture and transformation support, including assessment of current culture, facilitation of staff engagement processes, and development of strategies to build cohesion and alignment across teamsProvision of at least three professional references from nonprofit or quasi-governmental client organizations with 100 or more employees, for whom the consultant performed work of similar scope within the past five yearsExperience advising organizations on the management of fully remote or distributed workforces, including policy development, compliance, and culture-building in remote-first environmentsFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and experience supporting or advising on seamless HRIS or ERP implementations, including vendor evaluation, change management, and staff transition supportCompany OverviewAt the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), we drive innovation and progress in courts and justice systems.
