[Remote] Order Management & Operations Analyst

They are seeking an Order Management & Operations Analyst to support daily fulfillment operations, ensure order accuracy, and generate actionable insights from operational data. Responsibilities β’ Monitor daily order fulfillment activity across multiple systems and sales channels β’ Identify, log, and resolve order exceptions (delays, shortages, cancellations, address issues, carrier errors) β’ Perform order research and investigations for missing, delayed, or disputed shipments β’ Support chargeback analysis, documentation gathering, and root cause identification β’ Communicate with fulfillment centers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve order issues β’ Maintain accurate case logs and exception reporting β’ Analyze fulfillment and exception data to identify trends, repeat issues, and operational risks β’ Support asset protection initiatives by flagging suspicious activity or loss indicators β’ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports β’ Track KPIs related to fulfillment accuracy, exception rates, backlog, and chargebacks β’ Prepare trend and performance reporting to support operational planning β’ Assist with data analysis requests related to fulfillment and loss prevention Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field β’ 3-5 years of experience in order management, logistics, operations, or analytics support β’ Strong investigative and problem-solving skills β’ High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously β’ Proficiency in Excel / arenaflex Sheets (filters, pivots, lookups) β’ Strong written and verbal English communication skills β’ Ability to work Philippine hours with partial U.S. time zone overlap β’ Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) β’ Exposure to chargebacks, disputes, or claims management β’ E-commerce or fulfillment operations background Benefits β’ Meaningful work & Growth: We take every opportunity to stretch ourselves and deliver an excellent client experience. β’ Employee as our biggest asset: We are genuinely invested in our peopleβs career and welfare. β’ Global reach & local impact: Get to work with high-growth startups and dynamic companies from the comfort of your own home.
