[Remote] Order Entry Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rhodeway Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Specialist to join our customer operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders and financial data into the systems while ensuring a seamless workflow between the sales and billing departments.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter high volumes of customer orders, contracts, and financial information into the company databaseReview incoming orders for completeness and compliance with Rhodeway Financial’s internal policiesIdentify and resolve order errors or missing information by communicating directly with account managers or customersUpdate and maintain digital customer profiles, ensuring all contact information and billing preferences are currentSuggest improvements for data entry workflows to increase speed and reduce the risk of manual errorsAssist the billing department in reconciling monthly statements against entered ordersSkills1–3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar administrative role (financial services experience is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or ERP softwareExceptional accuracy in alphanumeric data entry and the ability to spot minor inconsistenciesStrong written and verbal communication skills for professional internal and external correspondenceAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict daily deadlinesBenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth within a stable financial organization.A collaborative team environment that values precision and integrity.Company OverviewRhodeWay Financial was founded in 2022 as a grant funded nonprofit organization dedicated to providing pro bono financial planning and financial literacy opportunities to underserved populations in Rhode Island.
