[Remote] Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Services (WACS) Consultant / Functional Analyst

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Services (WACS) to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise asset management and work management solutions for utility organizations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Services (WACS) to meet business requirementsAnalyze business processes related to asset lifecycle management, work management, and field service operationsGather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholdersDesign and configure workflows for work orders, asset tracking, maintenance planning, and schedulingSupport integration of WACS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, CIS, mobile workforce solutions)Perform system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide production support, issue resolution, and system enhancementsDevelop functional specifications and collaborate with technical developersConduct training sessions and prepare end-user documentationEnsure adherence to Oracle best practices and utility industry standardsSkillsExperience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Services or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systemsStrong understanding of utility operations (electric, water, or gas preferred)Knowledge of work management, asset management, and maintenance planning processesExperience with configuration, workflows, and business rules in Oracle Utilities applicationsUnderstanding of integrations using APIs, web services, or middleware platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in Agile or Scrum project environmentsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with other Oracle Utilities products (e.g., OMS, CIS, MDM)Familiarity with mobile workforce or field service management solutionsBasic understanding of SQL or data analysis toolsOracle Utilities certification (preferred but not mandatory)Experience working in large-scale utility transformation programs under Oracle Corporation ecosystemCompany OverviewKastech Software Solutions Group, incorporated in 2007 and headquartered in Richmond, Texas, is a leading global IT services and consulting company delivering technology-driven solutions to organizations across industries.
