The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.ResponsibilitiesImplement and Support Subscription Management module in Oracle Cloud ERP production systemsGather business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud ERP applicationEngage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutionsDo system configurations, create functional design documents, develop and document test scriptsConduct requirement and design workshops, manage and run conference room pilots, and drive user testing and training workshopsWork with all stakeholders to monitor and track progress of workstreams to ensure successful go-liveCo-ordinate with the offshore functional and technical teams as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementationSkillsAt least 10+ years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle ERP ApplicationsAt least 2 Oracle Subscription Cloud implementations, working as a Subscription techno-functional consultantExperience with recurring billing, subscription amendments, renewals, cancellations, and revenue recognition processesUnderstanding of subscription lifecycle management and usage/consumption-based pricing modelsHands-on experience on Oracle Fusion Pricing and Installed BaseExperience working with Oracle CPQ and Order Management CloudMust have good understanding of SaaS Extensions – using Groovy, Algorithms, Application ComposerAbility to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integrations and collaborate with technical teams on OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and extensionsKnowledge of integrations with other modules including Accounts Receivables, Revenue Management, Order Management and CPQGood knowledge in Oracle Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue ManagementGood Knowledge in Oracle SCM – Order Management, Pricing and Product managementGood Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and ReportsGood Knowledge in configuring SLA rulesAbility to Configure Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-upsStrong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, perform functional testing and conduct user training workshopsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to work well with offshore teamsBachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or related technical fieldBenefitsRemote Work : AllowedTravel : 15%Company OverviewInfovity is an IT company that offers oracle cloud, e-business suite, application development, cloud integrations and managed services.
