[Remote] Oracle SCM Cloud Project Manager

KAPITAL is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud implementations and enhancements. The role involves driving project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Oracle SCM Cloud initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projectsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate activities across business, functional, technical, integration, testing, and deployment teamsFacilitate project governance meetings, steering committee updates, and executive status reportingPartner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, and success criteriaEnsure successful delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across multiple business functionsDevelop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and project documentationDrive requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, training, and deployment activitiesMonitor project health and proactively mitigate risks and roadblocksManage third-party vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery teamsSupport organizational change management and user adoption activitiesEnsure compliance with PMO standards and project delivery methodologiesSkills8+ years of Project Management experience leading ERP or Oracle Cloud projects3+ years managing Oracle SCM Cloud implementations or support programsStrong understanding of Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as: Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Cost ManagementExperience managing full project lifecycle from requirements through go-live and hypercareStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience managing distributed and offshore teamsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAutomotive industry experience strongly preferredExperience supporting automotive supply chain operations, manufacturing, supplier collaboration, and inventory management processesPrior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 automotive suppliers or OEM environmentsOracle SCM Cloud implementation experience in manufacturing organizationsPMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certificationExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SCM integrationsKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesCompany OverviewENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS EXPERTISE, DELIVERED!
