They are seeking an Oracle Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of Oracle-based projects, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of Oracle systems through strong organizational and leadership skills.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-deployment supportDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project success and profitabilityOversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and budget constraintsManage stakeholder expectations effectively while proactively identifying and controlling scope changes and scope creepGovern change requests by assessing impacts, obtaining approvals, and aligning project timelines and deliverables accordinglyCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify project dependencies, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategiesProvide regular project status updates to executive sponsors, steering committees, and internal leadership, escalating issues and driving corrective actions when necessaryLead project governance activities, including resource planning, utilization management, effort estimation, release planning, and risk managementMonitor project progress across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery milestonesTrack and report project financials, ensuring effective budget management and cost control throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across global teams, clients, and cross-functional departmentsSupport client engagement activities and travel to customer locations as required to ensure project success and stakeholder alignmentDrive successful go-live readiness activities, ensuring all project deliverables, dependencies, and business objectives are achievedSkillsProven experience managing at least 8-10 full lifecycle Oracle implementation projects from initiation through successful go-liveDemonstrated expertise in leading complex Oracle Applications projects using established implementation methodologies such as Oracle AIM and Oracle Unified Method (OUM)Strong functional understanding of Oracle ERP, SCM, and/or HCM applications, with the ability to effectively engage business and technical stakeholdersHands-on experience delivering end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation programs across multiple business functionsExtensive consulting or systems integration experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise transformation initiativesProficiency in project planning and management tools, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc for scheduling, resource planning, and project trackingStrong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial performanceExcellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships at all organizational levelsProven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a fast-paced project environmentStrong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities with a focus on delivering successful client outcomesBenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive health benefits packageHolidays and PTO401K with matchCompany OverviewAt Maini Consulting, we recognize the dynamic nature of the business world and the need for smart, cloud-based solutions to navigate its complexities.
