RED Global is seeking an Oracle HCM Program Manager to deliver high-impact Oracle transformation programs aligned with global tech strategy and business objectives. The role involves collaborating with various levels of the organization and overseeing third-party implementation partners to ensure successful program outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end program management for large-scale Oracle initiatives, including Oracle HCM cloud, Fusion Cloud ERP implementationsCoordinate internal business, technology, and external resources to achieve expected program outcomesManage and lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery initiatives and be accountable for program resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realization to deliver outcomes on time and within budgetCoordinate internal, external, client or third-party resources to achieve expected outcomesMonitor progress, analyze project data and reports project status and disposition to mangers and stakeholders on regular and timely basisEffectively challenge, negotiate, and influence colleagues to produce value-add solutions that drive progress, and support the Firm’s culture and strategiesSkillsExperience in end-to-end program management for large-scale Oracle initiatives, including Oracle HCM cloud and Fusion Cloud ERP implementationsAbility to coordinate internal business, technology, and external resources to achieve expected program outcomesExperience managing and leading Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery initiativesAccountability for program resources, timeline, budget, scope, and benefits realizationAbility to monitor progress, analyze project data, and report project status to managers and stakeholdersStrong negotiation and influencing skills to produce value-add solutionsCompany Overview25 years of tech recruitment!
