[Remote] Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VBeyond Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead complex implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud modules while collaborating closely with HR leaders to create scalable solutions. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Work closely with HR business leaders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions. • Provide expert-level support across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and others. • Drive system enhancements, quarterly release reviews, and impact analysis for Oracle Cloud updates. • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, and reporting needs. • Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. Skills • 13+ years of professional experience, with at least several years focused on Oracle HCM Cloud. • Strong expertise across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle HCM Cloud implementations. • Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. • Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. • Oracle Cloud certifications Company Overview • VBeyond Corporation is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in emerging search and HR consulting services.
